Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really clean and comfy, but they felt a little small; perhaps adding an additional bed took up some space. The service was a bit hit or miss for me - some staff seemed snobby, others were friendly, even with limited English. The location was the highlight, as it's right in front of the Gundam Factory, which was my main reason for choosing this spot, just a few minutes' walk away. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of Japanese and Western foods, but the facilities were not anything exceptional.
